- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
Your peace of mind is integral to your creative journey. We stand behind the quality of our curated collections—from Art & Craft Furniture and Arts, Crafts & Sewing supplies to Bedding and Bath accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. You may use the template provided below for clarity.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Pack Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, tags, and accessories. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
- Ship the Package: Mail your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Our Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the return (typically within 3-5 business days). We will then notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method
We value transparency in every step of your journey with us.
- Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your original payment method’s policies.
- Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (Standard or the value of Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all our creative community, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Artificial Flowers & Plants / Artificial Greenery: Due to their delicate nature and to maintain sanitary conditions.
- Craft Bases & Customized Items: Any product that has been personalized, assembled, or altered from its original state.
- Opened or Used Sewing/Craft Supplies: For health and safety reasons, opened packages of Arts, Crafts & Sewing materials.
- Items Not in Original Condition: Products not in original packaging, damaged due to customer misuse, or showing signs of wear.
For defective or damaged items in these categories, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos for resolution.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Please follow the standard return process, indicating your desire for an exchange and the specific item you wish to receive. Exchanges are subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
