Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind the quality of our curated Art & Craft Furniture, Arts, Crafts & Sewing supplies, Artificial Greenery, Bedding, and all items that help you build your unique space. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please see exceptions below.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, tags, and accessories. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Our Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your comfort includes knowing when your funds will be returned.

  • Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your original payment method’s policies.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all our creative customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Artificial Flowers & Plants / Artificial Greenery: Due to their delicate nature and to maintain sanitary conditions, these items are final sale once shipped.
  • Craft Bases & Customized Items: Any product that has been personalized, assembled, or altered from its original state.
  • Opened or Used Sewing/Craft Supplies: For health and safety reasons, opened packages of Arts, Crafts & Sewing materials cannot be returned.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Products that are not in their original packaging, are damaged due to customer misuse, or show signs of wear.

For defective or damaged items in these categories, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos for resolution.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Please follow the standard return process above, indicating your desire for an exchange and the specific item you wish to receive. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.
